Assistant Commissioner Mustafa Kamal Gani Abdullah, who has served 25 years in the police force, is honoured to receive the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT) from the Penang government. “Our aim is to make Penang drug-free in line with Bukit Aman’s NCID slogan, ‘Malaysia Drug-free’. Another recipient of the PKT is Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture’s Penang director Jonathan Freddy Bagang, a prominent figure in the tourism industry. “I will continue my work in building the tourism sector here,” he said. Also being conferred the PKT is Penang Fisheries Department director Noraisyah Abu Bakar.
