The AP has gotten hold of the detailed plans for a military parade to celebrate Tinyhands McFelony's birthday next month. Those plans call for over 6,000 American military personnel, at least 150 vehicles, 50 helicopters, 7 bands and possibly a couple thousand civilians. No cost projection is included in the plans.
