How interesting though that it has not been necessary for the courts to make a similar ruling regarding the definition of a man. Perhaps we can all recognise now that this toxic debate has been more aimed at curtailing the hard-won rights and safety of biological women rather than increasing the rights of trans women, which already have legal protection.
