Three people seriously injured after shooting in Toronto’s east end

At least three people are in hospital following a shooting in Toronto’s east end Saturday afternoon, Toronto police said. He was later transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition by paramedics. Officers later confirmed that two other men showed up at a local hospital injured, one of them a 26-year-old man in stable condition with a gunshot wound to his leg. No information on the suspect or the circumstances of the shooting has been provided so far. Police said they are canvassing for suspects and are asking any witnesses to come forward and contact the police.
