Video / Mark MitchellThe Government introduced 130 pages of amendments to a piece of controversial Three Waters legislation, just hours after that bill was passed - and before it had even been given the royal assent by the Governor-General. Local Government Minister Nanaia Mahuta speaking during the committee stage of the Water Services Entities Bill in Parliament on November 23. A Government spokeswoman said the next bill “adds to the Waters Services Entities Act by setting out the detailed functions and powers of the entities.
