SwitchbackWith the UK’s prisons understaffed and overcrowded, the rehabilitation of prison leavers is more vital than ever. Nationally, 41 per cent of prison leavers reoffend within a year of release and only 31 per cent are in work six months after they leave prison. Switchback provides mentoring and practical education to male prison leavers between the ages of 18 and 30 to support their rehabilitation.
