Piker, who has 4.5 million followers on streaming sites Twitch and YouTube, was dubbed the 'Democrats answer to Joe Rogan' in a glowing New York Times piece earlier this year. He was described as a 'very handsome man' with 'socialist politics', a potential antidote to far-right streamers winning over young men. Twitch [terms of service] dictates a suspension for even critical examination of the manifesto,' Piker said. His New York Time's profile piece left out a litany of Piker's shocking statements and controversies.
