Impacted services and locationsSeveral services and locations will be closed on the Civic Holiday. All locations of the Windsor Public Library, Chimczuk Museum, and François Baby House will be closed as well. Transit and mall informationTransit Windsor buses will operate on a reduced schedule from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the Civic Holiday. Devonshire Mall will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., allowing residents to enjoy their holiday shopping.
