The statement further clarified that the Affordable Housing Program was designed differently from the previous housing programs cited in the article. The Affordable Housing Program is a key pillar enshrined in the Kenya Kwanza manifesto that seeks to improve accessibility to decent housing. Further, the statement clarified that the Kenya Development Corporation Housing units mentioned in the Nation's article does not fall under the Affordable Housing Program.
