Stars forward Denis Gurianov, up-and-down this season, played best game vs. Detroit

For one afternoon, Denis Gurianov looked like the answer. But in the Stars’ 3-2 overtime win over the Red Wings on Saturday afternoon, Gurianov looked a bit the part. “Great, best game he’s played since I’ve been here,” Stars coach Pete DeBoer said. Gurianov: “Just trying to play my best game, using my strong size, speed, shot. All good.”During Saturday’s game, DeBoer thought enough of Gurianov’s game to move him up in the lineup.
