Nguyen Binh, whose real name was Nguyen Trong Binh (1918 - 1966), was a native of Nam Dinh province. At the age of 13, Nguyen Binh soon revealed his poetic talents when he won the first prize at a local competition. He said the academy will arm trainees with in-depth knowledge on sustainable development, efficient management and use of resources, and social affairs.
