The Gage County Sheriff's Office made a three arrests on Friday while serving a search warrant in Beatrice. Swoboda was previously convicted of domestic assault, making it illegal for him to possess a firearm. Deputies also arrested Ashley Ohnesorge, 33, of Beatrice for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, aiding and abetting the distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug house and child neglect. Samantha Buchholz, 30, of Beatrice was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to a news release from the Sheriff's Office, deputies found four baggies of suspected methamphetamine, a .32-caliber revolver, marijuana, digital scales and drug paraphernalia.
