Protests in Serbia turned violent as thousands of government opposition backers rallied in the north-western city of Novi Sad after a deadly roof collapse at a local railway station. The protesters broke windows, spray-painted buildings and sprayed sewage over the city hall to express their anger towards the government, whom they blame for negligence and corruption. At least 14 people were killed in the accident, including a young child
