ServiceNow, an American digital workflow company, inaugurated on Monday its regional headquarters in Riyadh, said the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) in a statement. The newly established headquarters will oversee the company's operations in the Kingdom, serving the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Deputy Minister for Technology at MCIT Mohammed Al Robayan said that the opening of ServiceNow's regional headquarters is a significant step towards achieving the Kingdom's goals of becoming a leading regional center for advanced technologies. ServiceNow is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia to meet customer and partner demand across the Kingdom. Mashat emphasized that the new office underscores ServiceNow's dedication to the regional ecosystem and its role in facilitating the transformation of the Saudi economy through technology innovation and Al-powered ServiceNow platform.
