The Saskatchewan Roughriders have opened as seven-point underdogs for the Labour Day Classic against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Sunday, Sept. 3. The Riders were on a bye this past week and before that recorded a surprise upset victory over the B.C. The Blue Bombers haven’t won three consecutive Labour Day Classics since 1982. The Riders (5-5) will host the Blue Bombers (9-2) for the annual Labour Day Classic on Sunday, Sept. 3 with kickoff slated for 7:00 p.m. EDT. The teams met back in Week 2 with Winnipeg earning a 45-27 victory at Mosaic Stadium.
