Rizvi details action against BNP leaders, activists over ‘violence and misconduct’The BNP has reportedly expelled or removed several thousand of its leaders and activists over “misconduct”, warning that no one will be spared for using the party’s name to commit violence, criminal acts, or unethical behaviour. “In Kurigram’s Chilmari, leaders caused chaos during a torch procession, carried out vandalism, and attacked fellow activists over a dispute about forming a committee,” he said.
