Speaking after exchanging greetings with followers of the Sanatan religion during Durga Puja at Dhakeshwari Temple on Thursday, the advisor said: “No community can be subjected to persecution or oppression for religious reasons. Steps have already been taken in this regard.”Touhid urged the Hindu community to stay calm, saying: “You can feel secure. Everyone has equal rights in this country, and these rights are constitutionally recognised. The government is committed to protecting these rights and maintaining communal harmony.”
