A crippling "fear" has gripped the police force, fuelled by the arrests of officers accused of killings during the mass uprising. They say the “misdeeds” of their past weigh heavily on them as they look forward to a fresh political rule. Referring to the long-pending proposal from the Police Headquarters for an independent police commission, he said the Police Reform Commission had yet to provide any structural framework.
