JAMESTOWN — Jamestown received about 2.8 inches of rain on Saturday, June 24, according measurements taken at the Jamestown Regional Airport, said Michael Hollan, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Bismarck. Roads that were barricaded due to being flooded include:5th Street Northwest from 3rd to 5th Avenue Northwest. 4th Avenue Northwest from 4th to 7th Street Northwest. 3rd Avenue Northwest from 5th to 7th Street Northwest. 6th Street Northwest from 2nd to 4th Avenue Northwest.
