CAIRO – 15 August 2021: The Rabaa sit-in podium was extremely controversial during the one month and a half long sit-in at Rabaa square in Cairo. Muslim Brotherhood leaders took the stage to incite violence, brainwash their followers into staying despite knowing the risks, and promise them paradise. The sit-in, which later proved to have hosted weapons and hotbed for terrorist recruitment, was dispersed forcibly on Aug. 14, 2013. Assem Abdel Maged: Supporters of Mohamed Morsi are the supporters of Prophet MohamedAssem Abdel Maged, an Islamic Group leader, said from Rabaa “no retreat, no surrender until Islam rules,” except that it was rhythmic in Arabic.
