I READ with frustration the appeal for karaoke centres and other businesses in the entertainment industry to be reopened. What are the criteria for this rotational system? Are they required to follow this rotational system, too? I believe that if karaoke centres can reopen with “strict SOP”, so can schools. Parents should then be given the choice whether to send their children to school or keep them at home for online learning.
