The President expressed his belief that the participation of PM Thongloun Sisoulith will contribute greatly to the success of these summits, creating an impetus for the cooperation in the sub-region and between Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. “Vietnam’s consistent policy is respecting and giving the top priority to preserving and developing the special solidarity with Laos.
