Freddie Dela Cruz, regiment commander of the First Scout Ranger Regiment (FSRR), presided over the closing ceremony of the 15th iteration of Training Activity Dolphine XV-23. “The training activity bolstered the tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as sustained the existing partnership between the two military forces,” it added.
