Officers arrived the scene near Soi 13/3 in tambon Nong Prue at 1am after being alerted by a concerned citizen. Police spoke with the man and warned him that such behaviour is inappropriate and offensive to tourists and local residents alike. After emerging from the water, the man walked towards people sitting on the beach, causing considerable alarm.
