MANILA, Philippines — One person was reported dead from the combined effects of super typhoon Goring and typhoon Hanna, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Friday. The fatality is from Western Visayas. The council has yet to release data on injured and missing persons. Hanna and Goring are currently enhancing the southwest monsoon, bringing heavy rainfall in most parts of Luzon.
