Paynesville — The Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the National WASH Commission, Bobby Whitefield, of the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Commission says his institution coupled with the private sector will leave no one behind when it comes to access to quality water in Liberia. Mr. Whitefield made the statement at the event marking the celebration of World Water Day. The CEO of WASH Commission says a new timeline has been set for water to reach individuals residing in the country. “It is very challenging, over one million people still don’t have safe drinking water in this country,” The CEO of WASH Commission said. “So, as today is World Water Day, we are asking you to be a champion for water, we are asking you to be an ambassador for water.
