With DPRK withdrawing its diplomats, North Korea is projected to shut down around 25 percent of its missions worldwide. In Africa, state media KNCA reported that the North Korean mission bid "farewell" to the Angolan and Ugandan leaders last week. Despite having formal relations with 159 countries, North Korea has diplomatic missions in only 53 states, which include three consulates and three representatives.
