Customers will not be fined for delay if they pay credit card bills and bank loan installments by Jul 31 since the banks were closed because of violent anti-quota protests and subsequent restrictions. The banks, along with other offices, reopened on Wednesday for limited hours as the government relaxed a curfew and broadband internet was restored in some areas after deadly student protests for nearly a week.
