Langley neighbours rescued a woman injured in a serious house fire last night – and an investigation has been opened into the cause. At 7.13pm on Monday, May 27, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) received reports of a fire at a house on Hinksey Close, Langley. Two crews from Slough and crews from Langley and Windsor were sent to the scene, together with two officers. Before crews arrived, one woman was rescued from the property by neighbours. Crews were on the scene for about three hours, before returning for a reinspection.
