Regarding employees’ expectations, the poll found that 72.1 percent were anticipating a year-end bonus of 1.06 months’ salary on average, while 27.9 percent did not think they would receive a bonus. A similar survey carried out by yes123 last year found that 66.9 percent of companies in Taiwan had planned to give bonuses, while 4.8 percent did not intend to.
