The Montreal Alouettes have listed Cody Fajardo as their starting quarterback for Saturday’s regular season finale against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats despite the game meaning nothing in the standings. The 31-year-old has thrown for 3,792 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions this season and carried the ball 56 times for 338 yards and three touchdowns. The rest of the club’s lineup has remained mostly intact, though rookie Shedler Fervius will start over veteran slotback Jake Harty. The two teams met in last year’s East Semi-Final with the Alouettes coming out victorious by a score of 28-17. The Alouettes (10-7) will host the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (8-9) on Saturday, Oct. 28 with kickoff slated for 4:00 p.m. EDT.
