Migrant workers have started to march towards the chief advisor’s official residence, the State Guest House Jamuna, to press for a four-point list of demands including release of the workers imprisoned in the United Arab Emirates over cases related to the July Uprising. They set off towards the Jamuna at around 11:30am on Sunday to press for their demands. Ahmed Hossain, a protester hailing from Habiganj, said, "We expressed solidarity with the July movement. Under the circumstances, those in jail must be released and the victims must be identified. The protestors were still there as of 12:00 pm, and said they would keep moving forward if none of the advisors showed up within an hour.
