Police were alerted to North Point after a man was caught allegedly taking an upskirt photo of a woman. Shortly before 10 am today, a 30-year-old woman reported that she suspected someone was taking photos under her skirt at Tong Chong Street. The police arrived, and after a preliminary investigation, the 34-year-old man, surnamed Chan, was arrested on suspicion of "unlawful recording or observation of intimate parts." The case was handed over to the Eastern police district, and the man was taken into police custody. After a preliminary investigation, the case was later changed to be listed as a "loitering" incident.
