A soldier has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted a young man he found making love to his wife. The Nanyuki-based KDF man, 43, with the help of a laboratory technician, 31, caught the man red-handed and held him hostage. His hands and legs were bound with a plastic rope after which they set about torturing the 25-year-old man at Shimo Estate, Makueni County. The two frog-marched the man to Makueni Police Station and handed him over to the police on allegations of a sexual liaison with a married woman. The hapless man was sent to Makueni County referral hospital while the two suspected assailants were arrested and held in custody.
