A man and a woman were taken to hospital today after an early morning fire at a house in Diss. Fire crews from Diss, Attleborough and Harleston were called to a property in Uplands Way at around 1.12am. A Norfolk Police spokesperson said a man and a woman were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital suffering from smoke inhalation and have since been discharged.
