StarMetro’s report on Oct 19. PETALING Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has issued a directive to its Landscape Department to get the damaged walkway at the Astaka Sports Complex field repaired. In reply to StarMetro’s report titled “Damaged paved path at Astaka field a risk to users” on Oct 19, MBPJ said in a statement that a small part of the pedestrian walkway was damaged by a fallen tree. StarMetro highlighted the issue after residents complained of the damaged walkway. MBPJ had paved the walkway earlier this year.
