It means customers will have less availability throughout the working week to access face-to-face banking services. Around 3,000 people at Britain's Lloyds Bank, judged to be among the bottom 5%, will find themselves considered for possible dismissal, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters, as CEO Charlie Nunn pursues cost cuts. If you can no longer access your local bank branch:If the new opening and closing times mean you can no longer access your local Halifax, Lloyds, or Bank of Scotland branch, there are several alternatives available. Many banking tasks can be carried out at a Post Office branch if they're opening times are more convenient for you.
