The Attorney General’s Office reported yesterday that the Criminal Court has issued a ruling convicting a former head of the Libyan Mission to South Africa and the Financial Controller assigned to the mission. They were convicted for 6 months each with a suspended penalty for harming public funds and harming the interests entrusted to them.
