"There is not only an increase in child labor in different sectors of the society and kids being used as breadwinners for many families, the issue of internal trafficking is also in play here too," a child rights advocate tells this reporter. Adopted in 1989, the Convention's objective is to protect the rights of all children in which include education and a stop to child labor.
