Diaspora – A web radio Voice of Diaspora (VOD) establish by a group of former employees of the Renaissance Communications Incorporated currently based in the US has been launched. He urged the management of VOD Radio to take advantage of the existing technologies to broaden the scope of its network in Liberia and beyond, and however cautioned that truthful and unbias reporting are essential to effective journalism. Speaking further, Mr Nyonton explained that unlike Newspaper and Television, the power of the radio is greatly felt because of its wider coverage and accessibility. He also advised the management of VOD Radio to join efforts towards the expansion of its network through partnership with Community Radio Stations in rural Liberia. The management of VOD Radio express gratitude to Mr Nyonton for honoring their invitation and vowed to make the VOD Radio a formidable force in the Radio world.
