Charles Edmund Boyce, Apostolic Administrator of the Catholic Archdiocese of Monrovia, has left my family profoundly stricken. Boyce at the then Don Bosco Polytechnic, now Stella Maris Polytechnic University, his loss is personal on so many levels.
