The Kenya Volleyball Federation has appointed a four-man national men's team technical bench that will be tasked with preparing the team for the upcoming Africa Men's Nations Cup scheduled for Egypt in September. The title-winning tactician with the paramilitary side, the General Service Unit, guided Wafalme to their historic win against Egypt in 2021. The soft-spoken coach is responsible for KPA's resurgence in the national league, guiding the Coastal side to two consecutive playoffs. "The KVF extends its wishes to the newly appointed technical bench as they embark on this important responsibility. Together, let's bring glory to our nation and make Kenya proud," the federation said in a statement.
