Dallas’ left wing became the fastest Stars player to score 30 goals in a season since franchise moved to Dallas, needing 46 games to do so. The previous record was held by Mike Modano, who scored 30 goals in 48 games in the 1993-94 season. Robertson joined Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin as active Stars players to reach the 30-goal mark in consecutive seasons. Robertson also became the sixth player born in the the United States at 23 or younger with multiple seasons scoring 30 goals. Robertson, who also earned his first All-Star nod this season, has the Stars at first place in the Western Conference.
