James Middleton has spoken about the challenges his sister's cancer diagnosis brought for the wider family. The Princess of Wales, 43, was diagnosed with cancer last year and is now in remission, easing herself back into public duties. But speaking on the impact the diagnosis had on the Middleton family, Kate's younger brother, 38, has told the Times: "For her and her family it was a challenging time, and I know for us and our bigger family it was a challenging time, but I think it’s about communication and it's about offering support and help where you can.
