MADRID (March 12): International Consolidated Airline Group's Spanish carrier Iberia said on Thursday it plans to lay off up to 996 workers. Iberia said it had established a timetable for negotiations with workers' representatives. The cuts will include 106 pilots and cabin crew and 753 ground crew, Iberia said.
