This is something that I have done with my own mirrors, leaving them marred by streaks and small specs of dirt. I was very impressed after using this hack to clean the mirror (Image: NQ/Andrew Smart) Spraying the solution onto the full-length mirror, ensuring the whole area was covered, I then employed the “Z” technique to carefully and firmly wipe the surface down. Compared to my usual method, which involves simply cleaning the mirror willy-nilly, this more considered approach proved to be far more effective. Not only does the technique work, but it was also quite fun and was easy to replicate over various types of mirrors. The “N” technique works better for wider mirrors, while the “Z” technique is effective for longer, larger mirrors, such as the one I did my initial trial on.
