This weekend, for the second year in a row, Toronto’s Harbourfront will become a hotbed of crime, murder and deceit — in the literary sense, at least. The second annual Motive: Crime & Mystery Festival, an adjunct of the Toronto International Festival of Authors, takes place at Harbourfront Friday through Sunday.
