The controversy arose after social media reports suggested that the official Literature exam questions, which included a question on the poem “Bep Lua” (Fireplace) by Bang Viet, were leaked prior to the exam, prompting the use of backup questions. Following the exams, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will commence the grading process. By July 2: Exam scores will be published on the Department's Electronic Information Portal.
