The ministry has issued detailed instructions for the audit, including:>> The Department of Internal Audit will formulate an audit plan to conduct the audit activities. The audit activities will be carried out accordingly. >> Detailed information (name, designation, mobile phone number ) of the members of the audit team must be sent to the ministry before the audit. >> RAJUK must be kept properly informed about the audit activities. >> After the audit, the Department of Internal Audit must submit a detailed report to the secretary of the ministry, which must have the approval of the appropriate authority.
