Government has zero tolerance for ‘mob justice’, says Advisor RizwanaEnvironment Advisor Syeda Rizwana Hasan says the interim government does not, under any circumstance, tolerate “mob justice”. “In the past three to four months, whenever ‘mob justice’ has taken place, we have arrested those responsible and none of the suspects have been released,” the advisor said. On waste management at Aminbazar, Rizwana said discussions are ongoing with China and South Korea to establish an effective waste disposal system. Turning to pollution caused by tanneries, Rizwana said: “This issue certainly falls under my ministry, but the industries ministry has been identified as the focal point. The industries ministry can provide a better explanation on this,” she said.
